Returns and Exchanges

NerdOasis Designs will always stand by the quality of our product, and each item is produced to last long term, however as we all know, life can happen and quality issues can occur!

-Every resin piece purchased from our store has a 60 day quality guarantee! If any quality issues happen to occur, please reach out to us via our contact form, or directly at nerdoasis@gmail.com and we will get back to you ASAP

-Stickers and Prints are packaged to ensure safe arrival to your home. If your package is lost or the items received are damaged, please reach out to us immediately at nerdoasis@gmail.com

Shipping

Orders will be shipped out on Mondays and Fridays of every week, and should take 3-5 business days to reach your residence.

If you need an order rushed or shipped on a certain day, please message us right away to set something up. Overnight shipping fees will apply if requested.

Commissions and Freelance Service

Here at NerdOasis, we LOVE having the chance to make something new and exciting commissions for you! With our wide range of art medium experience, we are able to offer commissions and freelance in the following categories:

-Sculptures in clay, resin, polymer clay, wire, and recycled materials.
-Detail painting on figures, canvas, or custom sculptures
-2D artwork for logos, businesses, gifts, digital pieces, and prints
-3D animation and digital texturing services 
Freelance contracting rates for short term projects start at 17.50 hourly, depending on project complexity
Commission and custom order rates can be discussed via direct message or email, with prices and fees varying on project complexity.
